bedroom-end-table-with-three-petal-top-and-sculptural-solid-wood-pedestal
Bedroom End Table with Three Petal Top and Sculptural Solid Wood Pedestal

A bedside-friendly end table in Natural Solid Wood, its petal-shaped top set on a straight-sided pedestal that barely tapers before it meets the floor. The upright column keeps the footprint tight, which matters in the narrow gap between a bed and a wall. The shaped top softens what would otherwise be a very plain piece.

Product Highlights

Handcrafted from Natural Solid Wood and sealed with a protective coat

Petal-shaped top with rounded lobes and an eased edge

Upright pedestal with a tight footprint for narrow bedroom gaps

Level surface that holds a lamp, a glass and a book

No legs or stretchers, so a rug sits flat underneath

Each top is cut by hand and carries its own outline

Size and tone finish are chosen when the order is placed

Design & Craftsmanship

The pedestal is pared from solid stock and kept close to upright, giving the table a narrow base that still meets the floor over its full width. Our makers judge the wall thickness carefully here, because a slim column has to carry the spread of the top without any visible bracing. The lobed outline is cut into the top and rounded from both faces, leaving a rim that is comfortable to rest a wrist against. The surface is levelled once the column is joined, so a lamp stands square. A hand-rubbed finish seals the wood and keeps the grain readable from the pillow.

Placement & Use

It is at home beside a bed, where the tight base lets it sit close to the frame. It also works in a reading corner or beside a small armchair. In a guest room it gives a bedside surface without dominating the floor.

Care & Customization

Dust the top and the column with a soft dry cloth. Keep the table out of direct sun and away from damp, and use a coaster under a glass left overnight. Custom sizing and a choice of tone finish can be arranged before production starts.

Shipping & Assembly

Each piece is packed with protective materials so it arrives without dents or cracks.
