Beneath the surface, the wood loops inward at each end to frame an open compartment and a low shelf near the floor.

Product Highlights

Material: Crafted from carefully selected sections of Natural Solid Wood, joined and meticulously finished to form the thick rectangular slab top, the curved flowing body, the looping end supports and the low open shelf. The maker eases the slab edges by hand and loops the end supports into smooth returns, so the grain follows the form without interruption.
