modern-four-petal-end-table-with-sculptural-pedestal-and-organic-wood-top
Modern Four Petal End Table with Sculptural Pedestal and Organic Wood Top

An end table in Natural Solid Wood with a top cut into rounded petal lobes, carried on a single pedestal that flares outward as it reaches the floor. The lobed outline softens the surface and makes the table read as something grown rather than joined. It suits a bedroom or a living room that leans toward organic shapes.

Product Highlights

Handcrafted from Natural Solid Wood with a protective surface coat

Petal-lobed top with a rounded, flowing outline all the way round

Single pedestal that flares out where it meets the floor

Level surface despite the shaped edge, so cups and books sit flat

No legs or stretchers, leaving the floor clear underneath

Each lobe is shaped by hand, so the outline is never identical

Size and tone finish are chosen at the point of order

Design & Craftsmanship

The top is cut from joined blocks of kiln-dried solid wood, then worked around its edge until each lobe swells and hollows in an even rhythm. Our makers round the rim from above and below, so the edge feels full under the palm rather than sharp. The pedestal is carved as one piece and widened toward the bottom, which puts enough footprint on the floor to balance the spread of the top. Top and pedestal are dry-fitted before finishing, so the surface settles level on its column without packing. A hand-applied sealer closes the surface while leaving the grain and texture plainly readable.

Placement & Use

Stand it beside a sofa or an armchair, where the shaped edge shows against a straight-lined seat. It works as a bedside table, holding a lamp and a glass of water. In a reading corner it is a tidy surface for a mug and a book.

Care & Customization

Dust the lobed top with a soft dry cloth, working around the edge rather than across it. Keep the table away from direct sun and damp, and wipe spills promptly. Custom sizing and a choice of tone finish can be agreed before production begins.

Shipping & Assembly

Each piece is packed with protective materials so it arrives without dents or cracks.
