Each piece is securely packaged with protective materials to help ensure safe delivery. Packaging size and weight may vary depending on the product dimensions and design.

Currently, Arboriswood ships to the United States only. We are working toward expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat), then transit takes about 7–14 business days — a total of roughly 12–24 business days. See our Shipping Policy.

Every piece carries a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery. It applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. Read the full Warranty Policy.

Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return — for defective and non-defective products alike, in new condition, returned by mail. Once approved, you are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. See the Refund Policy.

Yes — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level. Because wood is a living material, grain, tone and natural knots differ from piece to piece. More on our Material Promise.
