Every piece carries a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery. It applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. Read the full Warranty Policy.

Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return — for defective and non-defective products alike, in new condition, returned by mail. Once approved, you are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. See the Refund Policy.

Is it really 100% solid wood?
Yes — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level. Because wood is a living material, grain, tone and natural knots differ from piece to piece. More on our Material Promise.
