At Arboriswood, we begin processing orders promptly to help ensure that each purchase moves into production and shipping without unnecessary delay. To request a change or cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Requesting an Order Change or Cancellation

Requests received after the 24-hour period may not be accepted because the order may already have entered production, been completed, or been prepared for shipment.

Shipping Address Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. The address provided at checkout must be accurate and complete.

Arboriswood is not responsible for delivery delays, unsuccessful deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because the shipping address was incorrect, Arboriswood will cover the cost of reshipping the item to the corrected address.
