Arboriswood warrants that all of our furniture products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
We provide a 1-year limited warranty across all product categories, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is valid with proof of purchase from Arboriswood or an authorized retailer.
During the warranty period, if a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, Arboriswood will, at its sole discretion, repair the item, replace the defective part, or replace the product.
Please Note
Every Arboriswood piece is handcrafted from solid wood. This warranty covers only the repair or replacement of parts proven to have defects in materials or workmanship. It does not apply to issues resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or the natural characteristics of wood.
Natural variation is not a defect. Differences in grain pattern, color tone, knots, mineral streaks, and slight variations in size or finish are inherent to solid wood and are part of what makes each piece unique. Wood also responds to its environment and may expand, contract, or shift in tone over time.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover loss or damage resulting from:
- Improper use, or use of the product outside its intended purpose
- Harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or strong cleaning agents
- Negligence, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear — including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, peeling, water damage, dents, or pet-related damage
- Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or extreme humidity
- Improper assembly, disassembly, modification, or repair not performed or authorized by Arboriswood
- Natural disasters or force majeure events (such as floods, earthquakes, or other events beyond human control)
- Natural aging during regular use, including fading, surface scratches, discoloration, or corrosion caused by cleaning methods, water exposure, or environmental conditions — these are natural characteristics of use over time, not manufacturing defects
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, or items sold as final sale, clearance, floor models, or "as-is"
After the Warranty Period
For manufacturing defects reported after the 1-year period, Arboriswood may support the cost of materials or replacement parts at its discretion. Labor and shipping costs, if any, will be the responsibility of the customer.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Submit your claim by email to support@abriswood.com within the warranty period, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the defect, plus one photo of the full product
- A short description of the issue and when you first noticed it
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days. We may request additional photos or information to assess the issue. Please do not attempt to repair, alter, or dispose of the product before your claim has been reviewed, as this may void the warranty.
Approved claims are handled at no cost to the customer for parts and standard shipping within the warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
Repair or replacement as described above is the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. Arboriswood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
