Limited Warranty Policy

Arboriswood stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its furniture. All furniture products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against eligible defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the date the order is delivered.

If a qualifying manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Arboriswood may, at its discretion, repair the affected component or provide a replacement part.

Warranty Coverage

Because each Arboriswood product is handcrafted, this warranty applies only to parts that are confirmed to have defects caused by materials or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover damage or changes resulting from ordinary use, incorrect care, improper handling, misuse, or the natural characteristics and aging of wood and other materials.

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty does not apply to damage, deterioration, or loss caused by:

• Improper, unintended, or abnormal use of the product
• Cleaning with harsh chemicals, abrasive products, or strong cleaning agents
• Negligence, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
• Burns, cuts, scratches, tears, peeling, dents, water damage, or damage caused by pets
• Floods, earthquakes, natural disasters, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable human control
• Natural changes that may occur over time, including fading, minor surface marks, discoloration, aging, or corrosion caused by moisture, cleaning practices, water exposure, climate, or environmental conditions

These natural changes and signs of use are not considered manufacturing defects.

Claims submitted after the one-year warranty period are not covered under this limited warranty. In certain cases, Arboriswood may offer assistance with the cost of materials or replacement components. Any applicable labor, delivery, or shipping costs will remain the customer’s responsibility.
