Every piece is handcrafted in our workshop in Vietnam and shipped from there directly to your door. All import duties, taxes and customs fees are covered by us, so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — nothing extra is collected on delivery.
You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. We will replace the defective parts accordingly.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or natural material characteristics.
Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear). For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Pieces ordered in the sizes and finishes listed on our website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, including for a change of mind. Please contact us at support@arboriswood.com and wait for return instructions before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and undamaged, complete with all original hardware, properly packaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Pieces that have been installed, drilled, cut, refinished or otherwise modified are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Custom orders (sizes, wood types, finishes or configurations you request beyond the listed options) are generally not returnable for a change of mind.
For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Every Arboriswood piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Payment & Security
A statement dining table built from a single slab of Natural Solid Wood, with a flowing live edge on both long sides and dramatic, swirling figure across the surface. It rests on a sculptural curved base that forms an open loop at each end, lifting the heavy slab with surprising visual lightness. The result is closer to a commissioned piece than to standard dining furniture.
The slab is selected for movement in its figure, then dried, flattened and shaped so the live edge runs the full length of both sides. Voids and knots are stabilised and levelled so the top remains usable without losing its history. At each end, a curved solid wood form loops down to the floor and back up to the underside, creating negative space that keeps a heavy slab from looking bulky. The base and top are joined so the whole load runs through solid material, and the assembled table stands without flex. A hand-applied protective finish brings out the tone, contrast and texture of the timber.
Suited to modern dining rooms, open-plan living areas and interiors with generous glazing or long views. It pairs well with upholstered or solid wood dining chairs and holds its own in contemporary, minimalist and resort-style rooms. Give it clearance at both ends so the looped base stays visible.
Wipe the surface with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth to lift dust and everyday spills. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight and excess humidity, and use coasters, trivets or a protective mat under hot or wet items. Size and tone finish are chosen at order time, and bespoke proportions can be arranged before production.

Avoid water and high humidity:
Dry immediately when there is stagnant water, do not let the product come into contact with water for a long time and limit placing it in areas with high humidity or near heat sources.
Avoid direct sunlight:
Strong sunlight can cause the wood to warp or change its natural color over time. Place the product in a cool, dry place with gentle or indirect light.
Gently clean:
Use a soft cloth to wipe dust weekly. Avoid strong detergents or rough cloths that can scratch the wood surface.
Periodic wood care:
Every 6–12 months, you can use wood conditioner or natural wax to restore shine, increase moisture resistance and keep the wood color beautiful for a long time.
Surface protection:
Use a pad when placing glasses of water, vases or sharp, heavy objects to avoid unwanted scratches or dents.
Check and tighten joints:
For products with screws or wood mortise and tenon joints, check periodically to ensure the structure is always strong and secure.
