We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. We will replace the defective parts accordingly.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or natural material characteristics.
Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear). For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Eligible standard products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@arboriswood.com and wait for return instructions before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and undamaged, complete with all original hardware, properly packaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Pieces that have been installed, drilled, cut, refinished or otherwise modified are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Custom and made-to-order products (custom sizes, wood types, finishes or configurations) are generally not returnable for a change of mind.
For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Every Arboris Wood piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Payment & Security
An end table in Natural Solid Wood built on two levels: a round top above and a matching round shelf below, both carried by one carved base that arches down to the floor on either side. The lower tier gives the piece a job to do beyond holding a lamp. It suits a living room where surfaces fill up quickly.
The two round surfaces are cut and levelled first, then the carved base is worked so that it meets both of them cleanly along its length. Our makers shape the arch from solid stock, easing the inner and outer faces alike so the curve reads the same whichever side you stand on. The lower shelf is let into the base rather than hung from brackets, which keeps the underside clean and puts the load into the carved supports. Where the base flares at the floor it widens into broad feet, spreading the weight of both tiers together. The finish is applied by hand in thin coats over every surface, including the underside of the shelf.
Stand it beside a sofa so the top takes a lamp while the shelf absorbs books, remotes and coasters. In a reading corner it keeps a current title off the floor and within reach. It also works at the side of a bed when a nightstand with open storage is wanted.
Dust both tiers with a soft dry cloth, reaching under the top to the shelf below. Keep the table away from direct sun and humid corners, and mop up spills before they sit. Custom sizing and a choice of tone finish can be agreed before production begins.
Each piece is packed with protective materials so it arrives without dents or cracks. Where an item ships in more than one part, detailed assembly instructions are included and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
Avoid water and high humidity:
Dry immediately when there is stagnant water, do not let the product come into contact with water for a long time and limit placing it in areas with high humidity or near heat sources.
Avoid direct sunlight:
Strong sunlight can cause the wood to warp or change its natural color over time. Place the product in a cool, dry place with gentle or indirect light.
Gently clean:
Use a soft cloth to wipe dust weekly. Avoid strong detergents or rough cloths that can scratch the wood surface.
Periodic wood care:
Every 6–12 months, you can use wood conditioner or natural wax to restore shine, increase moisture resistance and keep the wood color beautiful for a long time.
Surface protection:
Use a pad when placing glasses of water, vases or sharp, heavy objects to avoid unwanted scratches or dents.
Check and tighten joints:
For products with screws or wood mortise and tenon joints, check periodically to ensure the structure is always strong and secure.
