This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or natural material characteristics.
Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear). For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Eligible standard products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@arboriswood.com and wait for return instructions before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and undamaged, complete with all original hardware, properly packaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Pieces that have been installed, drilled, cut, refinished or otherwise modified are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Custom and made-to-order products (custom sizes, wood types, finishes or configurations) are generally not returnable for a change of mind.
For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Every Arboris Wood piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Payment & Security
An open media console in Natural Solid Wood, shaped as one continuous rounded frame with softened corners and a raised, rounded base. Two tiers of shelving are divided into three compartments each, making six open bays in all. Nothing closes, so everything stays visible and within reach.
The outer frame is laminated and shaped so the curve runs unbroken from one end round to the other, with no visible break at the corners. Internal supports are cut to echo that curve, so each compartment opening is softened at the top while the shelf itself stays flat and usable. Because the piece is fully open, the joinery has nowhere to hide, and every joint is cut tight and sanded flush. The base is worked as part of the same sweeping outline rather than added as separate legs, which is what gives the console its floated, sculptural stance.
It reads well in a living room as a media console, in a bedroom as a low display console, or in an entryway as open storage for baskets and books. The airy frame suits studios and apartments where a closed cabinet would feel heavy.
Dust the shelves and frame with a soft, dry cloth, taking care along the curved inner edges. Keep the piece out of damp rooms and away from long hours of direct sun. Size and tone finish are chosen at order time, and custom proportions can be agreed before production starts.
Each piece is packed with protective materials so it arrives without dents or cracks. Where an item ships in more than one part, detailed assembly instructions are included and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
Avoid water and high humidity:
Dry immediately when there is stagnant water, do not let the product come into contact with water for a long time and limit placing it in areas with high humidity or near heat sources.
Avoid direct sunlight:
Strong sunlight can cause the wood to warp or change its natural color over time. Place the product in a cool, dry place with gentle or indirect light.
Gently clean:
Use a soft cloth to wipe dust weekly. Avoid strong detergents or rough cloths that can scratch the wood surface.
Periodic wood care:
Every 6–12 months, you can use wood conditioner or natural wax to restore shine, increase moisture resistance and keep the wood color beautiful for a long time.
Surface protection:
Use a pad when placing glasses of water, vases or sharp, heavy objects to avoid unwanted scratches or dents.
Check and tighten joints:
For products with screws or wood mortise and tenon joints, check periodically to ensure the structure is always strong and secure.
