This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or natural material characteristics.
Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear). For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Eligible standard products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@arboriswood.com and wait for return instructions before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and undamaged, complete with all original hardware, properly packaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Pieces that have been installed, drilled, cut, refinished or otherwise modified are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Custom and made-to-order products (custom sizes, wood types, finishes or configurations) are generally not returnable for a change of mind.
For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Every Arboris Wood piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Payment & Security
A long, low media console in Natural Solid Wood whose frame scrolls: at each end the timber curls round on itself like a rolled sheet before returning to the body. Two flush panels close one section of the front, and the rest is left as one long open shelf. Compact block feet keep the whole piece just clear of the floor.
A scroll is much harder than a simple radius, because the curve has to tighten as it turns and then release again without any flat spot betraying where it changed. Each end is shaped from solid stock so the grain accelerates through the spiral and carries on into the body, which is impossible to fake with an applied panel. The front is then split deliberately: a closed section to absorb clutter, an open run to keep devices ventilated and visible, so the elevation has a break in it rather than repeating. The block feet are kept small and set inboard, which lets the scroll finish its curve without being interrupted by a support.
It wants a long wall under a mounted screen, positioned so at least one scrolled end is visible from the side. In an open-plan space it also reads well from behind, since the curve is finished all round.
Dust with a soft cloth, following the grain into the scrolled ends. Keep the piece clear of radiators, damp corners and long hours of direct sun, and avoid abrasive pads or solvent cleaners on the finish. Size and tone finish are selected at order time, and custom sizing can be discussed before production.
Each piece is packed with protective materials so it arrives without dents or cracks. Where an item ships in more than one part, detailed assembly instructions are included and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
Avoid water and high humidity:
Dry immediately when there is stagnant water, do not let the product come into contact with water for a long time and limit placing it in areas with high humidity or near heat sources.
Avoid direct sunlight:
Strong sunlight can cause the wood to warp or change its natural color over time. Place the product in a cool, dry place with gentle or indirect light.
Gently clean:
Use a soft cloth to wipe dust weekly. Avoid strong detergents or rough cloths that can scratch the wood surface.
Periodic wood care:
Every 6–12 months, you can use wood conditioner or natural wax to restore shine, increase moisture resistance and keep the wood color beautiful for a long time.
Surface protection:
Use a pad when placing glasses of water, vases or sharp, heavy objects to avoid unwanted scratches or dents.
Check and tighten joints:
For products with screws or wood mortise and tenon joints, check periodically to ensure the structure is always strong and secure.
