This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or natural material characteristics.
Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear). For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Eligible standard products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@arboriswood.com and wait for return instructions before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and undamaged, complete with all original hardware, properly packaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Pieces that have been installed, drilled, cut, refinished or otherwise modified are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Custom and made-to-order products (custom sizes, wood types, finishes or configurations) are generally not returnable for a change of mind.
For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Every Arboris Wood piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Payment & Security
A double vanity in Natural Solid Wood, lifted on a pair of hand-shaped legs that arch outward as they reach the floor. Two stacked drawers sit at each end of the case with an open bay left between them, and the counter is wide enough to serve two people at once.
The base is where the work shows: each leg is cut and shaped by hand so the curve carries smoothly from the underside of the case out to the foot, and the grain is allowed to follow that bend rather than run across it. Above, the case is squared and quiet by comparison, with four drawer fronts fitted flush inside their frames so the reveals stay even along the whole run. The counter is a single slab, sanded level and sealed, with an open bay framed cleanly beneath it so the eye passes through the middle of the piece instead of hitting a solid block.
Built for a shared primary bathroom, where two basins and two drawer banks let a morning routine run side by side without crowding. The raised base leaves the floor visible beneath the case, which suits an open, spa-like room and keeps the piece from reading as fitted cabinetry.
Dry the counter after use, particularly where water gathers around each basin, and wipe the shaped legs with a soft cloth rather than anything abrasive. Keep the room well ventilated and away from long periods of direct sun. Size and tone finish are selected at ordering.

Strong sunlight can cause the wood to warp or change its natural color over time. Place the product in a cool, dry place with gentle or indirect light.
Gently clean:
Use a soft cloth to wipe dust weekly. Avoid strong detergents or rough cloths that can scratch the wood surface.
Periodic wood care:
Every 6–12 months, you can use wood conditioner or natural wax to restore shine, increase moisture resistance and keep the wood color beautiful for a long time.
Surface protection:
Use a pad when placing glasses of water, vases or sharp, heavy objects to avoid unwanted scratches or dents.
Check and tighten joints:
For products with screws or wood mortise and tenon joints, check periodically to ensure the structure is always strong and secure.
