Every piece is handcrafted in our workshop in Vietnam and shipped from there directly to your door. All import duties, taxes and customs fees are covered by us, so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — nothing extra is collected on delivery.
You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. We will replace the defective parts accordingly.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or natural material characteristics.
Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear). For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Pieces ordered in the sizes and finishes listed on our website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, including for a change of mind. Please contact us at support@arboriswood.com and wait for return instructions before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and undamaged, complete with all original hardware, properly packaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Pieces that have been installed, drilled, cut, refinished or otherwise modified are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Custom orders (sizes, wood types, finishes or configurations you request beyond the listed options) are generally not returnable for a change of mind.
For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Every Arboriswood piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Payment & Security
A live edge dining table whose slab top is carried on a sculptural U-shaped base cut from solid wood. The base curves down and back on itself, forming an open loop that gives the heavy top an unexpected lightness. Handcrafted from Natural Solid Wood, it is made for modern rooms where a single strong object is enough.
The top is a single slab, flattened and stabilised while its natural perimeter is preserved on both long sides. The base is where the making shows most clearly: solid wood is shaped into a curved U form that meets the floor on a broad face and returns upward to meet the underside of the slab. That loop does the structural work of a trestle while reading as a piece of sculpture, and it leaves the space under the table almost entirely open. The two components are joined so the load passes cleanly through the curve. A thin protective finish is applied throughout, bringing out the figure without gloss.
It suits contemporary dining rooms, bright open-plan spaces and interiors with a resort or architectural feel. Woven or upholstered seating softens the strong lines of the base. Allow enough clearance around it for the curved form to be seen.
Dust with a soft dry cloth and wipe up spills before they settle. Keep the piece out of long direct sun and away from persistent damp, and set pads under hot or wet items. Size and tone finish are yours to choose when ordering, and custom proportions can be quoted.
Each piece is packed with protective materials so it arrives without dents or cracks. Where an item ships in more than one part, detailed assembly instructions are included and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
Avoid water and high humidity:
Dry immediately when there is stagnant water, do not let the product come into contact with water for a long time and limit placing it in areas with high humidity or near heat sources.
Avoid direct sunlight:
Strong sunlight can cause the wood to warp or change its natural color over time. Place the product in a cool, dry place with gentle or indirect light.
Gently clean:
Use a soft cloth to wipe dust weekly. Avoid strong detergents or rough cloths that can scratch the wood surface.
Periodic wood care:
Every 6–12 months, you can use wood conditioner or natural wax to restore shine, increase moisture resistance and keep the wood color beautiful for a long time.
Surface protection:
Use a pad when placing glasses of water, vases or sharp, heavy objects to avoid unwanted scratches or dents.
Check and tighten joints:
For products with screws or wood mortise and tenon joints, check periodically to ensure the structure is always strong and secure.
