This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or natural material characteristics.
Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear). For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Eligible standard products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@arboriswood.com and wait for return instructions before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and undamaged, complete with all original hardware, properly packaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Pieces that have been installed, drilled, cut, refinished or otherwise modified are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Custom and made-to-order products (custom sizes, wood types, finishes or configurations) are generally not returnable for a change of mind.
For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Every Arboris Wood piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Payment & Security
A wide, gallery-style record player stand in Natural Solid Wood, its openings cut as soft rounded ovals so the whole front reads as a run of arches. The broad top carries a turntable, and six open compartments sit below it in two rows of three. It gives a music room a piece of furniture with real presence along a wall.
The openings are cut from a body that begins solid, so the timber runs continuously around each oval and no corner is ever a butt joint. Our carvers work the inner walls from both sides and blend them in the middle, which is the only way an opening this deep looks clean from a low seat. The uprights left between the compartments are kept generous, because they carry the top and everything on it. The top itself is levelled at the end of the process, so a turntable sits flat across the whole span. Finishing is applied by hand and carried right into every compartment.
Run it along a living room wall or behind a low sofa, where its width settles the room rather than interrupting it. Records stay upright and legible in the open bays. The top has room for a turntable with space left to set a sleeve down.
Dust the top and the rounded openings with a soft dry cloth. Keep the stand out of direct sun and away from humid corners, and place a mat under the turntable. Custom sizing and a choice of tone finish can be agreed before production begins.
Each piece is packed with protective materials so it arrives without dents or cracks. Where an item ships in more than one part, detailed assembly instructions are included and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
Avoid water and high humidity:
Dry immediately when there is stagnant water, do not let the product come into contact with water for a long time and limit placing it in areas with high humidity or near heat sources.
Avoid direct sunlight:
Strong sunlight can cause the wood to warp or change its natural color over time. Place the product in a cool, dry place with gentle or indirect light.
Gently clean:
Use a soft cloth to wipe dust weekly. Avoid strong detergents or rough cloths that can scratch the wood surface.
Periodic wood care:
Every 6–12 months, you can use wood conditioner or natural wax to restore shine, increase moisture resistance and keep the wood color beautiful for a long time.
Surface protection:
Use a pad when placing glasses of water, vases or sharp, heavy objects to avoid unwanted scratches or dents.
Check and tighten joints:
For products with screws or wood mortise and tenon joints, check periodically to ensure the structure is always strong and secure.
