Every piece is handcrafted in our workshop in Vietnam and shipped from there directly to your door. All import duties, taxes and customs fees are covered by us, so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — nothing extra is collected on delivery.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. We will replace the defective parts accordingly.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or natural material characteristics.
Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear). For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Pieces ordered in the sizes and finishes listed on our website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, including for a change of mind. Please contact us at support@arboriswood.com and wait for return instructions before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and undamaged, complete with all original hardware, properly packaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Pieces that have been installed, drilled, cut, refinished or otherwise modified are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Custom orders (sizes, wood types, finishes or configurations you request beyond the listed options) are generally not returnable for a change of mind.
For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Every Arboriswood piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Payment & Security
A biomorphic relief in Natural Solid Wood, carved as a tall curving body with four elongated hollows opening through it like cells in a leaf. The solid webs between the hollows narrow and widen as they travel, so the piece holds a quiet, growing kind of tension. It suits Japandi and pared-back interiors where one organic object is enough.
The body is shaped before the hollows are opened, so the outer curve of the piece sets the direction everything else follows. The hollows are then cut through and eased outward until the webs reach the slenderness the maker is after, a judgement made against the strength of the grain in that particular board. Each web is rounded on both faces and tapered along its run, which is what gives the whole piece its plant-like quality. The outer edge is left undulating rather than trued, and it is sanded through several stages so there is no facet left from the saw. The back is flattened only where it needs to meet the wall.
Suits a tall living room wall, a quiet corner of a bedroom, or a covered entry hall with plain plaster behind it. Side light makes the hollows read most clearly.
Dust the faces with a soft dry cloth and clear the hollows with a brush. Keep the piece out of damp air and away from sun resting on it for hours at a time. Size and tone finish are chosen at order time, with custom work available by arrangement before production.
This piece arrives fully assembled, so there is nothing to build: it is packed as a single unit with protective materials and only needs mounting to the wall. Mounting instructions are included.
Avoid water and high humidity:
Dry immediately when there is stagnant water, do not let the product come into contact with water for a long time and limit placing it in areas with high humidity or near heat sources.
Avoid direct sunlight:
Strong sunlight can cause the wood to warp or change its natural color over time. Place the product in a cool, dry place with gentle or indirect light.
Gently clean:
Use a soft cloth to wipe dust weekly. Avoid strong detergents or rough cloths that can scratch the wood surface.
Periodic wood care:
Every 6–12 months, you can use wood conditioner or natural wax to restore shine, increase moisture resistance and keep the wood color beautiful for a long time.
Surface protection:
Use a pad when placing glasses of water, vases or sharp, heavy objects to avoid unwanted scratches or dents.
Check and tighten joints:
For products with screws or wood mortise and tenon joints, check periodically to ensure the structure is always strong and secure.
