Every piece is handcrafted in our workshop in Vietnam and shipped from there directly to your door. All import duties, taxes and customs fees are covered by us, so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — nothing extra is collected on delivery.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. We will replace the defective parts accordingly.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or natural material characteristics.
Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear). For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Pieces ordered in the sizes and finishes listed on our website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, including for a change of mind. Please contact us at support@arboriswood.com and wait for return instructions before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and undamaged, complete with all original hardware, properly packaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Pieces that have been installed, drilled, cut, refinished or otherwise modified are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Custom orders (sizes, wood types, finishes or configurations you request beyond the listed options) are generally not returnable for a change of mind.
For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Every Arboriswood piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Payment & Security
A three-seat sofa with a fully exposed Natural Solid Wood frame paired with stitched leather seat and back cushions. The armrests sweep from the backrest down to the floor in one curve, so the frame does as much visual work as the leather it supports. It is a mid-century-inspired silhouette that stays light and open rather than boxy.
Because the frame is entirely on show, its joinery is part of the finished design and cannot be tidied away behind fabric. The armrests are shaped so they run in a single line from the back of the sofa down to the floor, which means the grain has to follow that sweep to hold its strength through the curve. Cushions are stitched separately and set into the frame for a tailored fit, with the stitching left visible as part of the character. Beneath the seat, a slatted rail carries the cushions and keeps the underside of the sofa as considered as the rest. The wood is finished to bring the grain forward, and the tapered legs are shaped individually.
It suits a living room, a lobby-style space or a large open interior where the frame can be seen from more than one side. Pair it with a matching lounge chair to form a seating group. Avoid placing it hard against a wall, since the shaped back is worth seeing.
Dust the exposed wood with a soft dry cloth, and clean the leather cushions gently following standard leather care practice. Keep the sofa away from heat sources that could dry the leather, and out of prolonged direct sunlight. Size and tone finish for the frame are chosen when ordering, with custom proportions quoted on request.
Each piece is packed with protective materials so it arrives without dents or cracks. Where an item ships in more than one part, detailed assembly instructions are included and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
Avoid water and high humidity:
Dry immediately when there is stagnant water, do not let the product come into contact with water for a long time and limit placing it in areas with high humidity or near heat sources.
Avoid direct sunlight:
Strong sunlight can cause the wood to warp or change its natural color over time. Place the product in a cool, dry place with gentle or indirect light.
Gently clean:
Use a soft cloth to wipe dust weekly. Avoid strong detergents or rough cloths that can scratch the wood surface.
Periodic wood care:
Every 6–12 months, you can use wood conditioner or natural wax to restore shine, increase moisture resistance and keep the wood color beautiful for a long time.
Surface protection:
Use a pad when placing glasses of water, vases or sharp, heavy objects to avoid unwanted scratches or dents.
Check and tighten joints:
For products with screws or wood mortise and tenon joints, check periodically to ensure the structure is always strong and secure.
