Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear). For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Eligible standard products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@arboriswood.com and wait for return instructions before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and undamaged, complete with all original hardware, properly packaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Pieces that have been installed, drilled, cut, refinished or otherwise modified are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Custom and made-to-order products (custom sizes, wood types, finishes or configurations) are generally not returnable for a change of mind.
For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Every Arboris Wood piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Payment & Security
A slim plank of Natural Solid Wood is set on one twisting pedestal, placed towards the middle so the top floats out to either side. The pedestal is carved into a slow spiral that widens into a flat foot on the floor, and it is the only thing holding the table up. Nothing is built below the top, which leaves the sculptural base entirely unobstructed.
A spiral has to be found inside the block rather than laid out on its surface, so the work begins by roughing the turn and then refining it until the twist is even from bottom to top. The grain moves across the form continuously as it turns, which is precisely the effect wanted, but it also means the fibres run out at different angles and the whole surface must be worked in several directions to finish cleanly. The foot is left wide and flat so the load is spread over a decent area. The top is kept deliberately thin, since a heavier board would smother the base beneath it.
It suits a narrow entry or a hallway where a table with legs at each end would feel crowded. It is also effective under a mirror in a bedroom or a sitting room.
Dust the top with a soft dry cloth and follow the spiral of the pedestal so nothing collects in the turn. Keep the table out of damp and away from long spells of strong sun. The size and the tone finish are both selected when the order is placed.
Each piece is packed with protective materials so it arrives without dents or cracks. Where an item ships in more than one part, detailed assembly instructions are included and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
Avoid water and high humidity:
Dry immediately when there is stagnant water, do not let the product come into contact with water for a long time and limit placing it in areas with high humidity or near heat sources.
Avoid direct sunlight:
Strong sunlight can cause the wood to warp or change its natural color over time. Place the product in a cool, dry place with gentle or indirect light.
Gently clean:
Use a soft cloth to wipe dust weekly. Avoid strong detergents or rough cloths that can scratch the wood surface.
Periodic wood care:
Every 6–12 months, you can use wood conditioner or natural wax to restore shine, increase moisture resistance and keep the wood color beautiful for a long time.
Surface protection:
Use a pad when placing glasses of water, vases or sharp, heavy objects to avoid unwanted scratches or dents.
Check and tighten joints:
For products with screws or wood mortise and tenon joints, check periodically to ensure the structure is always strong and secure.
