Every piece is handcrafted in our workshop in Vietnam and shipped from there directly to your door. All import duties, taxes and customs fees are covered by us, so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — nothing extra is collected on delivery.
You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. We will replace the defective parts accordingly.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or natural material characteristics.
Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear). For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Pieces ordered in the sizes and finishes listed on our website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, including for a change of mind. Please contact us at support@arboriswood.com and wait for return instructions before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and undamaged, complete with all original hardware, properly packaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Pieces that have been installed, drilled, cut, refinished or otherwise modified are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Custom orders (sizes, wood types, finishes or configurations you request beyond the listed options) are generally not returnable for a change of mind.
For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Every Arboriswood piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Payment & Security
A long, narrow dining table made from a single slab of Natural Solid Wood whose live edges taper and widen along its length. The proportion is unusually slender for its reach, which makes it sit comfortably in corridor-like dining spaces and against long glazing. A solid wood panel base supports it from the centre, so the run of the top stays unbroken.
Because the top is a single board rather than several joined together, the figure runs continuously from one end to the other without interruption. The live edges are cleaned, stabilised and softened by hand so they are pleasant to lean against while still clearly untrimmed. A solid wood panel base is joined into the underside near the middle, which keeps the reach of the top unobstructed and makes room for seating along its whole length. Every joint is cut to close tightly, so once the table is put together it stays rigid. The surface is finished in thin coats that protect the wood while leaving the texture readable.
It fits naturally along a wall of glazing, in a galley-style dining space or down the centre of an open-plan kitchen. Chairs with slim frames preserve the sense of length. It also works as a long shared desk or a console for serving.
Dust it with a dry cloth and wipe spills promptly with a barely damp one. Keep it away from prolonged sunlight and moisture, and use mats or coasters for hot and wet items. Size and tone finish are chosen when ordering, and bespoke dimensions can be requested.
Each piece is packed with protective materials so it arrives without dents or cracks. Where an item ships in more than one part, detailed assembly instructions are included and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
Avoid water and high humidity:
Dry immediately when there is stagnant water, do not let the product come into contact with water for a long time and limit placing it in areas with high humidity or near heat sources.
Avoid direct sunlight:
Strong sunlight can cause the wood to warp or change its natural color over time. Place the product in a cool, dry place with gentle or indirect light.
Gently clean:
Use a soft cloth to wipe dust weekly. Avoid strong detergents or rough cloths that can scratch the wood surface.
Periodic wood care:
Every 6–12 months, you can use wood conditioner or natural wax to restore shine, increase moisture resistance and keep the wood color beautiful for a long time.
Surface protection:
Use a pad when placing glasses of water, vases or sharp, heavy objects to avoid unwanted scratches or dents.
Check and tighten joints:
For products with screws or wood mortise and tenon joints, check periodically to ensure the structure is always strong and secure.
